Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Booking and Deposit

To secure your appointment at Bridal by Empire, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded to you at the completion of your appointment and may take upto 3 business days to process.
Cancellation

We understand that sometimes, scheduling conflicts may arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 7 days notice to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 7 days before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Late Cancellation, Rescheduling or No-Show

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in the loss of your deposit.

If no deposit has been made for the booking, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged & will need to be paid before any further bookings are made.
Refund Process​

Refunds for cancellations made with the required notice will be processed within 3 business days through the original payment method.
Exception for Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen and extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please provide supporting documentation for such requests. Final decision is at our discretion.

We are available in the boutique and online during business hours only. Our social media platforms are monitored intermittently so it’s recommended you contact us for enquiries or changes to your appointment by phone. Our contact number is (08) 9569 8827. To book an appointment you can book online any time, it's that easy!
BOUTIQUE ETIQUETTE
As we are running two businesses under the one roof we need to be mindful of both settings. We strive to create an environment of relaxation in our clinic, so with this in mind we request that all clients please consider the quiet and privacy needs of clinic clients by keeping noise to a minimum in common areas and turning off mobile phones.
Parents, please note there are no child care arrangements available therefore we ask that you refrain from bringing your children into the boutique. This is to ensure we adhere to strict Occupational Health and Safety procedures and to respect other patrons having treatments.
BOOKING POLICY
To secure an appointment date and time we require a $50 deposit.
Before you commit to booking your appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our cancellations policy below. Booking an appointment with us means you are agreeing to these terms.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Your appointment will be confirmed via email and a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please do not wait until you receive this reminder to amend your booking, we ask that you simply call the salon during business hours on (08) 9569 8827 for any changes to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. SMS replies are not accepted.
ARRIVAL
Being on time for your appointment is important. We invite our brides to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have ample time to fill out a consultation form or provide any required information.
Allow ample time for parking; there is plenty of free parking available along Mandurah Terrace, or long term parking near the Post Office.
If you arrive late, it may compromise the full length of your appointment as we endeavour to remain on schedule to all of our guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment resulting in your deposit being forfeited.
BUILDING ACCESS
All clients are to enter our business via the ground floor entrance and go to the reception desk. I f reception is unattended we ask you to please ring the bell and take a seat while waiting for one of our team to assist you. Our bridal boutique is on the second floor which is accessed via stairs. We do not have a lift. While we do have wheelchair access via the rear of the buildings our boutique clients will need to be able to climb two small flights of stairs.
​​GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Boutique gift vouchers can be used for products and packages for our boutique only. They may not be used for cancellation fees or booking deposits. Gift vouchers are not transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please take care as lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded or replaced. All Gift Vouchers have a 36-month expiry period from date of purchase unless otherwise advised and must be redeemed by this expiry date. Expired Gift Vouchers hold no value. Gift Vouchers are only valid for use at Bridal by Empire, not redeemable upon services offered by third party providers including Empire Cosmetic Clinic.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all brides who purchase a bridal gown from Bridal by Empire between 1st February 2025 and 30th April 2025.

To be eligible, the gown must be paid for in full during the promotional period.

Entry into the Draw

Each eligible purchase will automatically be entered into the draw.

Only one entry per gown purchased.

Minimum Sales Requirement

The giveaway is subject to a minimum of 10 bridal gown sales being completed within the promotional period.

If fewer than 10 gowns are sold between 1st February and 30th April 2025, the giveaway draw will not proceed.

Prize

One winner will be selected at random and will receive a refund equal to the full value of their gown purchase (excluding accessories, alterations, or additional services).

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit towards other products or services.

Draw Details

The draw will take place within 7 business days following the conclusion of the promotional period.

The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of purchase.

Publicity

Bridal by Empire reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
